The Wise Pumas defended home turf in commanding fashion Friday night, defeating the Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders 35–16 at Wise High School.
Behind the sharp passing of Eric Wedge III and a balanced offensive attack, the Pumas set the tone early and never trailed in this Prince George’s County matchup.
Offense Comes Alive Early
From the opening kick, Wise looked ready.
Quarterback Eric Wedge III (Sr) was locked in, completing 18 of 22 passes for 330 yards with four touchdowns and a 143.0 QB rating — his best outing of the season.
