Wise Pumas Dominate 5-0 Potomac Wolverines, 35-0

The Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD) kept their momentum rolling Friday night with a statement win, shutting out the previously undefeated Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD) 35-0 under the lights.

The Pumas came in focused, disciplined, and determined to send a message. From the opening drive, Wise’s balanced offense and aggressive defense set the tone and never looked back.

Offensive Breakdown

  • Quarterback Eric Wedge III (Sr) was sharp through the air, completing 12 of 20 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Kameron Parker (Sr) powered the ground game, rushing for 102 yards on 12 carries and scoring three total touchdowns — two on the ground and one receiving. His mix of patience and burst kept the Wolverines off balance.
  • Xavier Reed (So) added another score with a 41-yard touchdown reception, showing off his speed and hands downfield.
