In Thursday’s non-league match, the host Norman Tigers football squad scored a good 50-28 victory over the Moore Lions.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK) in a 6A-I District 1 match, on Friday, September 27. Norman will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Millers enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 49-35 non-league loss to Moore (Moore, OK).
The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Southmoore (Moore, OK). The SaberCats enter the 6A-I District 2 match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Southmoore was toppled by Stillwater (Stillwater, OK), 66-0, in a non-league match.
