Madison’s Michael Garza scored a third quarter touchdown to take the lead and give the Mavericks a 13-7 win over Rattlers.
Reagan quarterback Lance Lorenz hit Carson Green to get the Rattlers on the board first.
Madison responded with a score when Michael Garza found Royal Kyle for a 16-yard TD reception to tie the game 7-7.
Michael Garza scored from 49-yards out to give the Mavericks a 13-7 lead in the third quarter. Garza finished with 109 yards on 15 carries.
What’s next? Madison will take on the Lee Raiders, and Reagan will host the Roosevelt Rough Riders.
