Johnson 42, Churchill 27
Justin Rodriguez ran for six touchdowns to lead Johnson to a 42-27 win over Churchill.
The junior ran for 285 yards and six touchdowns on 33 carries in a 42-27 win at Heroes tonight, bringing his overall TD total to 22.
Rodriguez has run for 1407 yards in 193 carries – an average of 7.29 yards per attempt – this season.
Cody Lilie put the Chargers on the board first with a 63-yard TD run and a seven-yard TD run in the 4th quarter. Isaac Aleman also added a five-yard TD run late in the 4th for the Chargers.
Johnson improved to 7-2 and 5-1, Churchill fell to 4-5 and 3-3.
Jaguars will match up against Madison at Comalander Stadium on Friday, Churchill will play the Roosevelt Rough Riders at Heroes Stadium next Friday night.
