Belmont 50, Meadowdale 12
Jayzon Wagner scored three touchdowns Thursday night, helping Belmont win its last regular game of the season in a 50-12 pasting of Meadowdale.
Jayzon Wagner scored on runs of 60, 19 and 3 yards
Bison Donovan Sims opened the scoring on tonight when he intercepted a ball thrown by Meadowdale’s Bryson Flucas and returned it 35 yards for a touchdown. Sims also returned a kickoff 45 yards for another Touchdown.
Belmont’s Brian McKenzie had a TD run of 92 yards.
Lions’ Bryson Flucas connected with Jermaine Graves for a 50-yard touchdown pass and Flucas also ran for a touchdown.
Belmont evened its record at 5-5 with the win and improved to 4-0 in the conference. Meadowdale fell to 2-7, 1-3.
