Senior guard David Sanford had a game-high of 21 points as Springfield used an explosive second half to outlast Northmont.

RaHeim Moss added 17, and Larry Stephens chipped in 13 for the Wildcats.

Patrick Ivory led the Thunderbolts with 18 points and Prophet Johnson had 15 points.
