Meisha Sykes Signs With Central Michigan University
Today marked a major milestone for Meisha Sykes, a standout student athlete from Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School. She officially signed with Central Michigan University after a four-year varsity volleyball career defined by consistency, leadership, and growth.
What makes Meisha special reaches far beyond her play on the court. Teachers, coaches, and even her former elementary school teachers came out to support her on signing day. Her peers and teammates spoke about her strong character, her willingness to help others, and the mature way she carries herself. With a 4.125 GPA, she earned respect in the classroom and the gym.
